A native of Georgia, Dr. Cindy graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in 1994. After graduation, Dr. Cindy taught for 6 years in the outpatient clinic at Life University. Since 2000 she has actively practiced in both Georgia and South Carolina.
